According to Linda Peterman, mental health counselor from Florida, United States, people who are perfectionists have a tendency to feel tired, stressed and often problematic in terms of personal relationships. It is experiencing a continuous and can be depressed when the target is not reached and the process to get it does not run perfectly.
Here are some general characteristics of a perfectionist who will cause problems, as quoted from the Shine:
