Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Barclays customers in the UK last weekend difficulty to access the account or withdraw cash from computer damage.
The group refused to say how many customers affected, but estimated to number in the thousands.
The computer was acting up impact on Barclays debit card holders as well as Barclays Credit Card, and resulted in customers leaving the groceries at the checkout because their card did not work.
As reported the Daily Mail, the problem started around 2 pm on Saturday, which is the busiest shopping time during the week. The problem was resolved about 20 minutes later.
At that time the system does not work the customers can not use the card to shop, withdraw cash at an ATM (Automated Teller Machine) or using online banking facilities from a group effort.
